Defective or Wrong Items
Since all physical products in this store are print-on-demand, they are produced individually for each customer after the order is placed.
For this reason, we can only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

the item arrives damaged

the item has a manufacturing defect

the item you received is not the item you ordered

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
We will remake or refund defective items at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items (Print-on-Demand & Digital Products)
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
🔹 Print-on-Demand products (posters, journals, framed prints, apparel)
These items are custom-made, printed specifically for your order, and therefore excluded from returns according to EU consumer law for goods made to order.
🔹 Digital products and downloads
Digital files cannot be returned and are therefore non-refundable once delivered.
🔹 Other non-returnable categories:

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.
Print-on-demand production typically starts within a few hours.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for print-on-demand products.
If your item is defective or damaged, we will remake it for you at no cost.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
The EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

goods made on demand (print-on-demand)

digital content delivered immediately
Since all physical products are produced only after a customer places an order, they fall under the legal exception of custom-made goods.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Return Address
Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective and approved by us first.
If approved, we will provide the correct return address by email.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
