Order Processing & Production Times

All physical products in this store are produced on demand after you place your order.
This allows sustainable, waste-free production.

Typical production time:

(This varies depending on the product type, order volume, and the fulfillment partner.)


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on:

  • your destination country

  • the product type (posters, journals, prints, etc.)

  • the nearest available print facility

  • local carrier processing

Because we work with multiple production partners (Gelato, Printify, etc.), shipping times may differ from item to item.

General estimates:

  • Domestic orders (Germany): usually delivered soon after production

  • European orders: delivery typically takes longer than domestic shipments

  • International orders: delivery can vary significantly depending on distance and customs

All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • product type

  • destination

  • packaging requirements

Because each fulfillment partner has different shipping structures, shipping costs may vary slightly between items.


Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
This happens because:

  • different products are produced at different facilities

  • some require special packaging

  • fulfillment times differ

You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment when available.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees or import duties.
These charges:

  • are not included in the product price

  • are determined by your country’s customs authorities

  • are the responsibility of the customer


Delivery Issues

If your order seems delayed:

  1. Check the tracking link provided

  2. Confirm your shipping address

  3. Contact us at info.fotonimo@gmail.com if the package is significantly overdue

We will coordinate with the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier.
However, we will help investigate with the shipping provider.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If a wrong address was entered at checkout, we cannot refund or replace lost items.
If your order has not entered production, we will try to adjust the address—
but changes cannot be guaranteed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • the shipping label

  • your order number

We will replace the item at no extra cost.
